1. The product

MATE is a suite of 20 order flow indicators (the "Software") that runs inside NinjaTrader 8. It is delivered as a digital download, activated with a personal license key, and sold as a subscription (1 month, 3 months or 1 year). All plans include the full suite, updates and support for the duration of the subscription.

2. License

Your license is personal, non-transferable and valid on one computer at a time. Need to move to a new machine? Write to support and we will transfer it at no cost. You may not share, resell, rent or publish your license key or the Software; you may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code, or circumvent the license system. Violating these terms ends your license immediately, without refund.

3. Free trial

The 7-day free trial gives full access to the suite, requires no credit card, and simply expires if you do not subscribe. The trial is limited to one per person and per machine. Trial keys are subject to these same terms.

4. Billing and cancellation

Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly, quarterly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the link in your Stripe receipt or by writing to support — you keep access until the end of the period already paid, and no further charges are made. Prices are shown in USD and may change for future periods with prior notice; a price change never affects a period you have already paid.

5. Refunds

Because the Software is digital content delivered immediately — your license key activates the moment you pay — and because a full 7-day free trial lets you evaluate everything before buying, paid subscriptions are non-refundable. By completing a purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby waive the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content (art. 103 m, Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). If something does not work, write to support — we answer within 24 hours and we will fix it.

6. Updates and support

Updates are included and delivered through the same download. Support is provided in English and Spanish at support@matetrading.com. The Software requires NinjaTrader 8 and, for some tools, Level II market data — both are third-party services with their own terms and costs, outside our control.

7. Risk disclaimer — not financial advice

The Software is an analysis aid. It does not predict markets, does not generate trading signals to be followed blindly, and does not guarantee any result. Trading futures and other leveraged instruments involves a high risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Nothing on this site or in the Software constitutes investment advice or a recommendation. Every trading decision — and its outcome — is exclusively yours.

8. Limitation of liability

The Software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, loss of profits, or indirect damages arising from the use — or unavailability — of the Software, including interruptions caused by NinjaTrader, data feeds or third-party services. In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you mandatorily.

9. Privacy

We collect the minimum needed to serve you: your email address (to deliver your license and provide support), your license key and a machine identifier (to enforce the one-machine license), and technical validation logs. Payments and card data are handled entirely by Stripe (stripe.com/privacy). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising, and we do not use tracking cookies — the site only stores your language preference in your own browser. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time by writing to support@matetrading.com; deleting license data means the license stops working.

10. Intellectual property

The Software, its code, design, documentation and the MATE brand are our exclusive property. Your subscription grants you a right of use — never ownership. NinjaTrader® is a registered trademark of NinjaTrader Group, LLC; this site is not affiliated with or endorsed by NinjaTrader.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page with its date. Material changes will be notified by email to active subscribers. These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of the consumer's domicile when consumer law so provides. EU residents may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
